湖北金茗农业有限公司创办于2011年，公司位于巴东革命老区溪丘湾乡，境内山峦起伏，常年气候温和，雨量充沛，光照充足，资源禀赋独特，天工自然，茶道金茗。我公司是一家以生产、加工、销售、苗圃繁育为主的综合性民营企业。公司现注册资本300万元，总资产约3000多万元，公司拥有一批精干的管理人员和一支高素质的专业技术队伍，拥有高级农艺师、中级农艺师、助理农艺师数人，舒适优雅的办公场所3000m
2和拥有300多亩的苗木生产基地、我们以质量为生命、时间为信誉、价格为竞争力的经营信念，立足于市场，并建有生态茶园1500多亩。茶树苗圃繁育200亩，黄金茶母本园100亩。辐射周边茶园面积3000余亩。年可生产名优茶300多吨，普通绿茶400多吨，公司通过近几年的努力探索并建立了 “公司+托管基地+农户+市场+专业技术人员+留守劳动力”的产业化经营模式。公司2011年先后投入500多万元用于茶园基地建设和生产设备的购置，目前公司拥有正式员工30多人，临时采茶300多人，各类制茶加工设备50多台，厂房面积3000多平方米，分别取得金茗品牌商标和QS生产许可证，300亩茶园通过有机转换，并先后获得巴东县优质茶叶产品优胜奖；质量诚信共建单位；“金茗”牌贡芽荣获第十一届中国武汉农业博览会“金奖农产品”；全国基层农技推广体系改革与建设补助项目模范实验示范基地；十二届武汉农业博览会“生态农业特色示范企业”；恩施州农业产业化州级重点龙头企业；全国农业技术推广科技示范户；第十届中国有机食品博览会、第十七届中国绿色食品博览会和第十四届中国国际农产品交易会“优秀产品奖”；为公司的发展奠定基础。2004年成为恩施州茶叶协会会员单位，恩施州硒产业协会常务理事单位和理事单位。2015年获得十二届武汉农业博览会“生态农业特色示范企业”。

Hubei Jinming Agriculture Co. Ltd., founded in 2011, is located in Xiuqiuwan Village, theold revolutionary area of Badong, featured as undulating hills, generally temperate climate, abundant rainfall, sufficient sunlight, as well as natural and unique resources including purified tea.Our company is a comprehensive private-owned enterprise committed to the production, processing, sales and seedling nursery. The registered capital of the Company is RMB 3 million, with the total assets up toRMB 30 million. Thereare a number of competent management personnel and awell-qualified professional and technical team, includinga couple of senior,junior agronomists and assistant agronomists. The Company has 3,000m
2 comfortable work place and more than 300-acre seedling production bases. With the management concept of quality as the core, time for the credibility and price competitiveness, we adapt to the market and establish over 1,500-acreecological tea gardens, including 200 acres for tea nursery breeding and 100 acres for parent material orchard of gold tea. The surrounding tea gardenscover about 3,000 acres. The annual production of tea reaches more than 300 tons of high-quality tea and over 400 tons of ordinary green tea.Over these years, the Company has explored and set upthe industrialized management mode of “company + base + farmers + market + professionals + left-behind workers”.
In 2011, the Company invested about RMB 5 million for tea base construction and procurement of productionequipment. At present, it owns more than 30 regular employees and 300 temporary workers, as well as 50 tea processing equipment.
